Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a full-service defense litigation firm to hire a Litigation Secretary to join their team in Palo Alto, California. This is an on-site role. The successful candidate will provide litigation and administrative support to attorneys and ensure smooth case management. Base pay range
$32.00/hr - $38.00/hr Responsibilities
Provide legal, litigation, and administrative support to attorneys in a fast-paced defense practice. Prepare, proofread, and finalize legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence. File pleadings with California state and federal courts, including use of electronic filing systems. Maintain litigation calendars, schedule hearings, depositions, and meetings, and manage deadlines. Handle administrative tasks including billing, correspondence, and reporting. Assist with case organization and records management as needed. Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and court staff to support case flow. Qualifications
Recent California litigation experience required. Proficiency with litigation procedures, court filings, and calendaring. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and complete tasks under time constraints. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with legal document management systems. Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys, staff, and court personnel. Must be available to work on-site full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Additional information
