Summary Job Description: Baptist Health is looking for an Associate Vice President, Business Intelligence and Analytics to join our team. This is a remote position with preferred residency in KY and IN. The AVP of Business Intelligence and Analytics will be a key driver in aligning and optimizing our operational processes through strategic data insights. This role combines leadership in operational analytics with a specific responsibility for developing intuitive dashboards and visualizations that enhance the visibility and understanding of our systems to drive actionable improvements and results. The AVP will lead a high-performing team, shaping operational analytics strategy and ensuring effective communication of insights through impactful visualizations. They will lead the Transformation Program Office by facilitation, planning, and/or execution of programs with high strategic importance to Baptist Health System. Business Intelligence and Analytics

Collaborate closely with executive leadership to define a comprehensive data-driven roadmap for operational excellence Directly manage and mentor a team of business intelligence analysts, data scientists, analytics professionals and project managers Develop and lead the operational analytics strategy, aligning data initiatives with operational goals to drive efficiency and effectiveness Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and ensure dashboards align with operational objectives Identify opportunities for process optimization through data analysis and visualization, improving the overall efficiency of operational workflows Implement data-driven visual solutions to enhance operational understanding and facilitate informed decision-making Establish and enforce data governance policies specific to operational data used in dashboards, ensuring accuracy and reliability Oversee the integration of dashboards and visualizations with existing operational systems, ensuring seamless user experience Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics within dashboards to measure the impact of analytics on operational effectiveness Transformational Program Office

Lead a team that executes portfolios, programs and projects that support the strategic plan and performance metrics within budget, schedule, and scope Development and monitoring of the project intake process and governance Deploy and standardize project management tools and process that best meet Baptist Health's needs and culture Provides program management, leadership, and coordination for a variety of strategic and operational projects Leads and directs work teams through all project life-cycle phases engaging with key stakeholders from all areas of the organization Responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and coordination of teams, in collaboration with other departments to ensure successful completion of targeted goals and objectives within established scope, budget and times frames Lead process improvement activities to increase productivity while enhancing quality, safety, and patient experience Continuous monitoring of productivity performance and infrastructure Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in related field required. Master's degree preferred. 10+ years experience leading Analytics and Business Intelligence in a multi-entity healthcare system. Demonstrated experience and ability to provide analytics and leadership for Analytics Warehouse Systems, Management Engineering, Benchmarking, Productivity, Cost Accounting, Managed Care and CMS Payment Reform Initiatives (VBP, Readmission, HAC) Six Sigma Green or Black Belt or PMP Certification preferred.
