Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr. A busy, boutique law firm seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. This is a hands-on role where you’ll wear many hats—supporting attorneys and staff, ensuring smooth office operations, and helping foster a professional yet welcoming environment for clients. With a salary of $65,000-$85,000 this position offers a comprehensive benefits package including but not limited to medical and dental insurance as well as PTO. Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with billing, timekeeping, and expense tracking Support HR functions such as onboarding, timesheet collection, and coordinating staff schedules Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, supplies management, and vendor relations Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related issues, ensuring a well-functioning workplace Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and compliance standards Troubleshoot IT and office equipment needs, coordinating with vendors as necessary Coordinate meetings, court deadlines, and firm events Ensure confidentiality of sensitive legal and client information Qualifications
3+ years of office management, legal administration, or related experience (law firm experience strongly preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable interacting with attorneys, clients, and staff Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with legal case management or billing software a plus Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and maintain composure under pressure Professional, dependable, and proactive work ethic Seniority level
