The Auto Club Group (AAA) is seeking ambitious, business-minded Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team. The Agency Launch bonus is paid once the candidate launches a fully compliant AAA-branded agency: $20,000. Marketing Reimbursement
Paid to Agency Owner: $20,000 or more (you can qualify up to $10K per quarter). First 36 months – measured quarterly (up to 62.5% of new commissions). Starts in year 3 (month 25). Full ownership (equity) of your book of business. Strong Support Throughout the Process
The EA model is designed to serve the needs of our members. We provide thoughtful candidate selection, interview support, and agency location placement. We offer onboarding guidance with a detailed deployment plan to ensure AAA protocols and standards are met. Training includes a mix of in-person and virtual programs covering core business skills, sales, customer service, products, and systems. You will access resources to grow your staff, manage finances, and access a network of experienced EAs and other business experts. Agency Owner Overview
This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven individuals interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You’ll bring relevant experience and have capital to ensure your agency delivers the service AAA—and our members—expect. You’ll own and grow an insurance agency serving new and prospective AAA Members. You’ll sell property and casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships along with other products to a defined client base. Agency Owner Requirements
Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensing (preferred, not required). If not licensed, you must be willing to obtain at the candidate's expense. Review and completion of the Business Plan / Cash flow analysis (AAA provides assistance). Learning & Development requirements: 4-week 100% virtual training / live instructor class. AAA-branded office – must be approved office space. $75K proof of investable capital (not a franchise fee; proof of funds available for investment; must be seasoned for 60 days). Background check including criminal history and credit/financial check. 2 licensed staff. Products include
AAA Membership – Auto, Bicycle, RV, and Motorcycle programs with roadside assistance and member savings. Property and Casualty insurance – Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, and more; access to brokered products from multiple carriers (varies by state).
