The Agency Launch bonus: $20,000 when you launch a fully compliant AAA branded agency Marketing Reimbursement
Paid to Agency Owner: $20,000 or more (qualify up to $10K per quarter) First 36 months – measured quarterly (up to 62.5% new commissions) Starts in year 3 (month 25) Full ownership (Equity) of your book of business Strong Support Throughout the Process
The EA model provides onboarding guidance, deployment planning to ensure AAA protocol compliance, and a mix of in-person and virtual training. Resources cover hiring licensed staff, managing finances, and developing a business plan, with access to a network of experienced EAs and other business experts. This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven individuals interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You’ll own and grow an agency serving new and prospective AAA Members, selling property and casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships along with other products to a defined client base. Agency Owner Requirements
Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance licensing (preferred but not required; if not held, you must be willing to obtain at candidate's expense) Review and completion of the Business Plan/Cash flow analysis (AAA provides assistance) Learning & Development requirements (4-week 100% virtual training) AAA-branded office – approved office space 75K proof of investable capital (proof of funds available for investment; seasoned for 60 days) Background check – criminal history and credit/financial check 2 licensed staff Products include
