Insurance Agency Owner – $20,000 agency opening bonus. AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking ambitious, business-minded Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team. The compensation package is incentive-based with unlimited earning potential, including competitive new-business and renewal commissions and bonus programs to support growth at all stages of your agency’s development. The Agency Launch bonus is paid once the candidate launches a fully compliant AAA-branded agency: $20,000 Marketing Reimbursement

Paid to Agency Owner $20,000 or more (you can qualify up to 10K per quarter) First 36 months – measured on a quarterly basis (up to 62.5% new commissions) Starts in year 3 (month 25) Full ownership (Equity) of your book of business Strong Support Throughout the Process

The EA model is designed to serve the needs of our members. You’ll receive guidance on candidate selection, interview processes, and agency location placement. We provide assistance on launching and developing your agency into a sustainable and profitable business year over year, including a detailed deployment plan to ensure compliance with AAA protocols and standards. Training includes a mix of in-person and virtual sessions covering core business skills, sales, customer service, products, and systems. Resources are available to help you grow, hire licensed staff, manage finances, and access a network of EAs and business experts. Agency Owner Overview

This opportunity targets self-motivated entrepreneurs interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You’ll bring business or industry-relevant experience, and you’ll need capital to deliver the service AAA and its members expect. You’ll own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members, selling property and casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships, along with other products to a defined client base. Agency Owner Requirements

Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensing, preferred but not required: if not held, you must be willing to obtain at candidate's expense Review and completion of the Business Plan/Cash flow analysis (AAA provides assistance and guidance) Learning & Development requirements: 4-week 100% virtual training/live instructor class AAA-branded office – must be an approved office space 75K proof of investable capital – funds available for investment into your own business (seasoned for 60 days) Must pass background check (criminal history and credit/financial) 2 licensed staff Products include

AAA Membership – Auto, Bicycle, RV, and Motorcycle coverage; access to roadside assistance and savings on dining, shopping, hotels, rental cars, travel events, and auto care Property and casualty insurance – Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, and Commercial Lines; access to brokered products from multiple carriers (varies by state) Life Insurance – Term, Universal Life, Whole Life, and Annuities Seniority level
