Base pay range
$144.00/hr - $164.00/hr About the Role The
Global Export & Sanctions Compliance (GESC) team
ensures alignment with worldwide laws governing the exports of technology and products. As part of this team, you will play a key role in compliance activities, ensuring adherence to the Export Administration Regulation (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), and foreign government requirements. What You’ll Do Support the preparation of deemed export license applications Draft compliance processes and procedures Research and classify software, hardware, and 3rd-party products Submit classification requests to government agencies Prepare and file applications for export licenses for controlled products or technologies Key Qualifications Strong working knowledge of the
Export Administration Regulations (EAR categories 3, 4, and 5)
— especially semiconductors & Artificial Intelligence Hands-on experience with
deemed export reviews
and IVL submissions Background in
hardware and software product, part, and component classifications Familiarity with
international regulations
is a plus 8+ years
of general export compliance experience preferred Proficiency with
Mac and OS X
required Bachelor’s degree in
International Business, International Relations, International Trade, Law , or related field If you’re a compliance professional with deep expertise in export controls and technology classification, we’d love to hear from you!
