Learning & Development Program Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing program logistics end-to-end and supporting learning initiatives that build capability, strengthen leadership, and enable career growth across our corporate functions.
This role will primarily focus on program management and logistics, facilitating, and strategy for program enhancements, and will support and execute signature programs such as New Hire Onboarding, Rising Leader Development, and Supervisor Bootcamp, as well as other leadership and learning initiatives.
Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and manage logistics for L&D programs, including all program communications, virtual meetings, room setup, materials, technology, and speaker coordination. Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities teams across multiple corporate locations to ensure seamless program execution. Oversee participant communication, enrollment, and program evaluations. Track attendance, feedback, and metrics to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Support facilitation of onboarding sessions, leadership development programs, and workshops as needed in-person or virtually. Provide engaging participant experiences by guiding discussions and activities in alignment with program objectives. Act as a dedicated learning partner for assigned business units, serving as a point of contact for their training and development needs. Partner with HR and business leaders to understand learning priorities and connect them with relevant programs, tools, and resources. Contribute to the design, development, and continuous enhancement of L&D programs and processes. Research and recommend new approaches, tools, and best practices to improve program quality and participant experience. Work closely with L&D team members, HR business partners, and business leaders to ensure alignment between development programs and organizational needs. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to drive engagement and participation in learning initiatives. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Education, or related field. Experience coordinating leadership development programs or large-scale corporate learning initiatives. Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design basics. Familiarity with Inkling or other Learning Content Management Systems. Certified to facilitate DISC. 4–7 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or related field, with proven experience managing programs end-to-end. Experience and comfort with public speaking, facilitating training sessions, and partnering with business leaders. Ability to provide consultative guidance to stakeholders and act as a strategic learning partner. Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS). Willingness to travel occasionally to other US-based office locations for program delivery. Location

The salary range is $92,000.00 to $124,000.00 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.
