Store Manager - Holiday Stationstores Location: 901 N. State Street, Box 96, Warroad, Minnesota 56763 Note: This description reflects the general qualifications, duties and responsibilities for the role and is not an exhaustive list of all tasks. Responsibilities

Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service. Develop and assign tasks to keep the site clean, well stocked, organized and aligned with company standards. Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors. Schedule employees within company guidelines to maximize customer service and maintain site image. Demonstrate non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, counseling, motivating and terminating employees. Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints in a timely, professional manner. Promote a safe, positive public image within the local community. Prepare ongoing and timely performance appraisals, providing performance-based feedback. Train all employees on customer service, site image, marketing execution and safety procedures. Ensure effective communication with employees and conduct periodic meetings with staff and the Market Manager. Evaluate and implement action plans to meet site objectives; organize and maintain site files and manuals. Supervise store staff to ensure reports are completed accurately and on time; ensure merchandise is stocked, displayed attractively and correctly priced. Ensure required employment posters and signs are accessible to all employees. Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize sales and net profits; manage budgets, forecasts and merchandise margins; safeguard money received and disbursed. Perform additional financial analyses as needed to maximize profits. Ensure working conditions support safety and professionalism. Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred. Experience in retail sales preferred and able to perform essential duties and responsibilities. Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR/ASM job descriptions; supervise and manage related functions. Ability to use computer for report analysis, inventory control, cash control and related tasks. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to/from bank and management meetings. Ability to communicate in English (oral and written). Ability to perform other duties as assigned. Working Conditions

Primarily indoors with occasional outdoor work for maintenance tasks (parking lot, gas pumps, trash). Occasional exposure to cold temperatures in walks-in cooler/freezer and to noise. Operate with minimal direction; act as an effective manager, supervisor and leader. Note:
