Product Manager III for DataPulse, responsible for driving the vision and execution of R1’s Data Platform data quality product roadmap and ensuring high data quality through proactive monitoring and alerting features. The role requires a strategic thinker with deep understanding of data quality and monitoring, who can lead development and enhancements of DataPulse to meet organizational needs. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, engineering, and operations to ensure the product delivers value and improves operational efficiency. Responsibilities

Define and communicate DataPulse\'s product vision and strategy, aligning with organizational goals Prioritize and manage the product backlog, using Agile methodologies for feature development Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into product features Lead product development with the team for timely delivery Monitor product performance and feedback for improvements Participate in the full software development life cycle Present product status, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership Review technical solutions and conduct demos for stakeholders Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards Required Skills

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience required 2+ years in product management, preferably in data quality Strong understanding of data quality principles and tools Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams Committed to high-level service delivery Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail R1 business process expert, translating business requests into technical tasks Ability to work across workstreams, prioritize user value, and work independently Experience leading analysts and SQL developers is a plus Advanced SQL experience (complex queries, data transformations, etc.) Familiarity with data quality tools and techniques such as data profiling, cleansing, and data validation Preferred Skills

Understanding of cloud-based data systems such as Airflow, Snowflake or Databricks is a plus Experience with Azure DevOps, or related product management tools Expert in Agile/Scrum product development methodologies Experience examining data with SQL Why choose this role?

This position is a subject matter expert of R1’s Data Platform, a cloud-based framework for flexible, consistent client data acquisition. The role requires being a subject matter expert in healthcare data quality standards and leading a team to identify and implement data quality improvements across the organization. The role partners with Solutions Engineers, meets with internal and external customers, gathers requirements, and contributes to solution paths. It will own the product backlog, negotiate with stakeholders to prioritize development activities using Agile methodologies, manage project timelines, and act as a conduit between teams. All work intake for the development team flows through the Product Manager. This is a customer-facing position. Salary: base pay range for this US-based role is $90,000.00 - $138,517.79 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
