Business Development Manager

to extend our market reach through discovery and exploration of new opportunities and relationships. The successful candidate will lead, leverage Ecolab resources, and drive new customer acquisition. This role involves working closely with marketing and sales leaders to develop and execute growth strategies by market segment. What You Will Do

Drive new customer acquisition Manage significant deal volume and target account pipelines Develop and execute strategic sales plans, targeting prioritized opportunities Respond to inbound lead generation and close new accounts Establish credibility with current and prospective customers through industry knowledge and sales experience Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts to inform management and reflect territory and pipeline management Collaborate with internal stakeholders to win new business Transition customers to the account management team for post-sales support Additional Position Details

Location: Chicago, IL — will also be supporting Iowa and Indiana Work Arrangement: Work from home with travel Travel: 50% overnight domestic travel (primarily driving) Vehicle: Ecolab-issued, non-decaled vehicle Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree Five years of technical sales or field sales support experience Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.) Process treatment experience in ethylene, butadiene, styrene, and downstream chemical operations Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience About Ecolab Life Sciences

The total compensation range for this position is $125,100-$187,700 including base pay and target incentive, subject to plan terms and factors such as experience and location. EEO & Inclusion
