US Latin Artist & Label Partnerships Lead
The Music Ecosystem and Partnerships team is responsible for managing Bytedance music operations, providing partnership support to artists, labels, and other music industry stakeholders and developing marketing and promotional plans to ensure Bytedance's continued leading position in music discovery. Responsibilities Team Introduction The Music Partnerships Team aims to create captivating artist amplification opportunities for the music industry, while providing support across a range of operational activities.
Design, execute, and evolve the Artist Engagement team's strategy across the LATAM region, while effectively leading a regional team in several major markets. Maintain strong client and industry relationships, owning day-to-day operations and ongoing partner maintenance. Build processes and iterate upon them to help drive efficiency and mitigate operational challenges in achieving the team's core business objectives. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years experience working in LATAM for a Label, Publisher, Distributor, or DSP in a digital marketing and client-facing capacity. 5+ years experience in strong leadership experience with the ability to independently drive strategy, delegate roles and responsibilities Preferred Qualifications: Strong strategic execution background.
