Nati Boutique is looking for a highly experienced Retail Manager to join our team in SoHo. As the Retail Manager, you will work directly under the CEO/Co-owner, driving the financial sales goals of our newest store. You will lead by example, uphold the highest standards in customer service, and ensure the store operates smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
Lead the retail team in achieving sales goals and meeting store financial plans with a primary focus on a collaborative selling environment while promoting employee engagement and development. Continuously assess and strategize how to improve performance goals (Conversions, Up-Sell/UPT, SPH, and other measurable KPIs). Your main function and KPI will be Sales; driving sales targets and increasing UPT. Coach all Sales Associates to ensure optimal performance, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction. Perform store visual standards following the CEO’s visual merchandising direction and adapt as needed based on store layout and needs. Ensure sound inventory management through accurate receiving and sending merchandise processes, including price and inventory changes as required. Collaborate with the store team and Owners to build connections with the local community and contribute to events that promote brand engagement. Lead by example with a positive, warm attitude that fosters a strong sense of teamwork. Qualifications
A passion for fashion and a strong focus on SELLING with a positive, proactive mindset. Minimum 1-2 years in a Store Manager or similar role at a high-volume fashion retail company. Proven ability to train and develop a team of top sellers. Excellent leadership and team-building skills; experience coaching employees to attract and retain clientele. Positive, outgoing, and engaging personality able to initiate contact with guests and identify shopping needs. Open availability to work 5 days (40 hours) per week, including regular weekend shifts and some holidays. Physical ability to stand up to 8 hours and to carry up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation; includes moving inventory. Benefits
