Senior Associate of Portfolio Operations
As Senior Associate of Portfolio Operations, you will play a key role in augmenting our investment thesis by ensuring that operational strategies are implemented to support the growth of our portfolio companies. This is an opportunity to partner with portfolio leadership teams across industries in building out scalability by leveraging your technical accounting, financial reporting, strategic thinking, and high level of emotional intelligence.

Boyne Capital offers team members broad participation in the investments and the GP of the Fund.
Key Responsibilities
Designing and executing strategies that drive operational excellence, strengthen organizational capabilities, and directly support our investment objectives
Providing hands-on oversight of portfolio company operations, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities while maximizing value creation
Review financial reports from portfolio companies to ensure they track against budget
Implement tools to capture accurate, real-time data for decision-making
Identifying inefficiencies and implementing best-in-class process improvements to streamline workflows, boost productivity, and enhance overall performance
Partnering with the deal team on buy-side due diligence, post-acquisition integration, and the exit process
Proactively assessing, mitigating, and managing operational risks to safeguard investments
Requirements
BA/BS in Business, Accounting
Must have a minimum of 4 busy seasons of audit experience at a large national public accounting firm
Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to engage with the C-level
Ability to be on-site
CPA license is a plus
