Start with a solid foundation: The EA model is designed to serve the needs of our members. There is much thought, data, and research that goes into our candidate selection, interview process, and agency location placement. We provide EAs with assistance on how to successfully launch and develop their agency into a sustainable and profitable business year over year.
Step by step assistance: The core of your EA onboarding will be a detailed deployment plan providing guidance to ensure compliance with AAA protocols and standards.
Comprehensive education: You will benefit from mixing in-person with virtual training, the program includes core business skills, sales, customer service, products and systems.
Resources to help you grow and evolve: As your business grows, you’ll benefit from a myriad of resources to help you secure licensed staff, manage financials and cash flows, develop, and modify a business plan, and access to a network of experienced EAs and other business experts.
Agency Owner Overview
This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven businesspeople interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You’ll bring business or industry-relevant experience and need a level of capital to ensure your agency delivers the service AAA and our members expect. You’ll own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members. You’ll sell property and casualty, life insurance and AAA memberships along with other products, to a well-defined and loyal client base. Products include: AAA Membership: programs for autos, bicycles, RVs and motorcycles. Property and casualty insurance: Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles and Commercial Lines. Life Insurance: Term, Universal Life, Whole Life and Annuities.
