Spearhead a crucial domain of the national expansion strategy (e.g., regulatory navigation, systems implementation, or financial operations) with autonomy and accountability to leadership Drive cross-functional initiatives and own your domain end-to-end Create, implement, and refine operational playbooks as we scale Collaborate with founders and key stakeholders to build robust launch infrastructure Leverage AI tools to enhance operational efficiency What You Won’t Be Doing
Not a consulting gig – this role requires hands-on execution No bureaucratic chains of command – direct access to decision-makers Not limited to a single market – manage multiple launches across regions Willingness to chart a course through ambiguity without waiting for perfect information You own the decisions and outcomes Vice President Operations Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of a fundamental operational pillar in our national school launch strategy. Execute with precision, speed, and scalability, with autonomy to shape and deliver results. Basic Requirements
3+ years of experience with McKinsey, Bain, or BCG Proven success leading complex operations in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Expertise in regulatory compliance, systems implementation, or large-scale financial operations Self-driven executor with strong analytical and autonomous decision-making skills Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to travel approximately one week per month Proficiency with AI tools and enthusiasm for leveraging technology to optimize operations About 2 Hour Learning
