This position leads delivery of the end-to-end lifecycle for strategic product initiatives, from concept through production implementation by B2B customers. The role is cross-functional and supports functional leaders and teams to drive planning and execution across product and engineering teams.

Essential Functions

Manages the full delivery lifecycle of product initiatives, including discovery, scoping, business alignment, and production release in partnership with product and technology teams. Provides leadership and drives cross-functional coordination across product management, engineering, and operations. Facilitates quarterly planning processes across product and technology teams, aligning priorities, capacity, and outcomes. Partners with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to scope and manage transformation initiatives that improve delivery velocity and cross-team collaboration. Identifies delivery risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure commitments are met. Establishes and refines delivery processes, governance models, and performance metrics to drive accountability and transparency. Serves as a strategic partner in evolving product and technology delivery practices, contributing to continuous improvement and transformation efforts. Supports the company\'s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 12+ years of experience in product delivery, program management, or technology transformation. Demonstrated success in retaining highly engaged, high-performing teams. Proven track record of leading large-scale cross-functional product or technology initiatives from ideation through implementation. Experience facilitating quarterly/PI planning and applying agile methodologies in complex environments. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, engineering processes, and change management principles. Background and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with enterprise-level transformation initiatives. Agile or Waterfall methodologies experience. Knowledge of all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Physical Requirements

Office environment; primarily sedentary with extensive computer use. May require standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally. Visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment. Ability to communicate with internal and external customers. Essential functions and physical requirements must be performable with or without reasonable accommodation.

Compensation

The base pay scale for this position varies by location: Chicago, IL: $150,000 - $185,000 per year. New York, NY: $180,000 - $225,000 per year. Additionally, candidates are eligible for a discretionary incentive plan and benefits. This pay scale is subject to change and is not a guarantee of compensation. Salary offers consider job scope, market rates, geographic location, education, experience, and other factors.
