This position leads delivery of the end-to-end lifecycle for strategic product initiatives, from concept through production implementation by B2B customers. This role is cross-functional at its core and will support functional leaders and teams to drive planning and execution across product and engineering teams. Responsibilities

Manages the full delivery lifecycle of product initiatives, including discovery, scoping, business alignment, and production release in partnership with product and technology teams. Provides leadership and drives cross-functional coordination across product management, engineering, and operations. Facilitates quarterly planning processes across product and technology teams, aligning priorities, capacity, and outcomes. Partners with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to scope and manage transformation initiatives that improve delivery velocity and cross-team collaboration. Identifies delivery risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure commitments are met. Establishes and refine delivery processes, governance models, and performance metrics to drive accountability and transparency. Serves as a strategic partner in evolving product and technology delivery practices, contributing to continuous improvement and transformation efforts. Support the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data. Minimum Qualifications

Education and/or experience typically obtained through the completion of a bachelor's degree. 12+ years of experience in product delivery, program management, or technology transformation. Demonstrated success or ability to retain highly engaged, high performing teams. Proven track record of leading large-scale cross-functional product or technology initiatives from ideation through implementation. Experience facilitating quarterly/PI planning and applying agile methodologies in complex environments. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, engineering processes, and change management principles. Background and drug screen Preferred Qualifications

Experience with enterprise-level transformation initiatives Agile or Waterfall methodologies experience Knowledge of all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology Physical Requirements

Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers. The base pay scale for this position in Chicago, IL in USD per year is: $150,000 - $185,000. In New York, NY it is: $180,000 - $225,000. Additionally, candidates are eligible for a discretionary incentive plan and benefits.
