Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Miami, FL for an Executive Sous Chef. The Executive Sous Chef will assist in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. Duties include managing inventory, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and collaborating with the Executive Chef to create innovative dishes. The role also involves training staff, managing daily kitchen activities, and ensuring a seamless operation to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Qualifications Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking, and presentation Strong leadership and supervisory skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards Creativity and innovation in menu development Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Relevant culinary training or certification Knowledge of Latin American and Nikkei cuisine Strong leadership skills Experience in high-end and large-volume restaurants Seniority level
