Senior eDiscovery Litigation Technologist (Top Secret Clearance Required)
Base pay range: $160,579.80/yr - $231,948.60/yr. Employment Type: Full-Time, Executive-Level. Department: Legal.
CGS is seeking a dedicated Senior eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to join a fast-paced team to assist with legal accounts. The role supports various aspects of the company’s portfolio and requires a strong technical background in electronic discovery and related litigation support.
Responsibilities
Provide litigation technology support across civil and criminal matters, including advising on identification, preservation, collection, processing, and production of ESI using the current FBI tools and processes.
Monitor changes to laws impacting litigation to determine their impact on FBI Discovery policies and procedures.
Monitor the commercial industry for new technology or best practices applicable to FBI Discovery.
Verify proposed solutions meet underlying needs and deliver new functional business capabilities addressing existing requirements.
Test system upgrades or patches prior to release.
Update and/or create standard operating procedures for the ETA role.
Provide strong technical expertise in electronic discovery applications and combine this with relevant legal knowledge.
Qualifications
5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience focused on client solutions.
3 years of progressively more responsible experience on major litigation support projects.
2 years with Relativity beyond document review coding.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Experience with eDiscovery Services covering the EDRM (File to Trial).
U.S. Citizen; ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (active clearance preferred).
BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience (JD highly preferred).
