We’re seeking a detail-obsessed Sous Chef with leadership skills to motivate an amazing team, while managing the daily (and detailed) operations of a high-volume, fast-paced scratch kitchen. You’ll continue to learn from some of the most creative chefs in the industry, assisting in all manner of food prep, line staff supervision, inventory, and on-the-spot solutions. 1 Hotel Seattle is a top-notch team of food-lovers with the talent to change the way we live and eat. $80,000 - $85,000 annualized Responsibilities

Lead and supervise kitchen staff in a high-volume, fast-paced scratch kitchen. Assist in all manner of food prep, inventory, and on-the-spot solutions. Manage daily kitchen operations with attention to detail. Qualifications

Passionate about culinary arts with a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience. A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus. Advanced knowledge of culinary operations, strong leadership, and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance. Excellent verbal and written communication; flexible and able to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation. About Us
