Direct and coordinate the operational activities of the assigned asset(s), including the day-to-day leadership of the property management team across asset management, marketing, risk assessment, lease administration, and operations. Maximize NOI growth by increasing income sources and proactively managing expenses. Manage property accounting functions (A/R, A/P, CAM reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting opex and capex). Develop and implement a comprehensive Strategic Business Plan addressing the opportunities and needs of the center. Prepare monthly operating reports with executive summaries and budget-to-actual variances. Support Leasing Representatives in developing the leasing strategy and identify new revenue opportunities through the asset. Respond to tenant issues, conduct tenant meetings to discuss marketing, entertainment, operations, and security. Coordinate with Tenant Coordination and local permitting agencies to overcome construction obstacles. Ensure tenant compliance with lease terms. Collaborate with Security to establish a customized safety and security program and emergency management plan, with appropriate training. Contract with outside vendors, develop scopes of work, bid services, monitor performance, and ensure contract compliance. Collaborate on a comprehensive marketing and entertainment plan to achieve experiential goals. Maintain a world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment experience by upholding high operating standards and overseeing preventative maintenance and energy/capital planning. Develop and retain a highly skilled team with training and adherence to company policies and procedures. Maximize the asset's influence in the community and with partners for the company’s benefit. Key Qualifications

Property Management Experience: extensive experience in managing mixed-use or commercial real estate properties, including operations, finances, tenant relations, and maintenance. Retail Entertainment Experience: proven track record managing retail and entertainment venues, including leasing, marketing, event planning, and customer service. Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate management, hospitality, or related field; master's degree preferred. Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in property/asset management, preferably in a mixed-use or commercial real estate environment. 3+ years in retail entertainment management experience. Proven history of operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. Strong business acumen with ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Demonstrated leadership with a focus on empowering and developing teams. Commitment to delivering exceptional service and value to tenants, residents, and stakeholders. Knowledge of local market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (including Yardi and Angus). Sound judgment and discretion. Florida Real Estate license; industry certifications (IREM, BOMA, CCIM, ICSC) preferred. Benefits
