We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team. Our high-volume fish house is looking for a hands-on leader who can help us maintain our exceptional standards and provide a memorable culinary experience. Responsibilities:

Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations Train and manage kitchen staff, including hiring and scheduling Develop creative and innovative menus using fresh ingredients Maintain food quality and consistency Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards Collaborate with the front-of-house team to provide exceptional customer service Qualifications:
