The Business School invites applications for one full-time tenure track Assistant Professor position in Marketing. The start date for the position is August 2026. The successful candidate will maintain a record of high-quality peer-reviewed research and contribute to teaching and service. What you will do

The successful candidate is expected to maintain a record of accomplishment with high-quality/premiere peer-reviewed published academic research in his/her field. The position consists of 40% teaching, 40% research, and 20% service. The normal teaching load consists of 4 courses per year, typically reduced to 3 courses during the initial years of the tenure track. Assigned classes may be on-campus, online, or in a hybrid format depending on department or program needs. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

A Ph.D. or DBA in Marketing from an AACSB-accredited university prior to the position’s start date. Demonstrated effectiveness in teaching marketing management and other mainstream marketing courses at undergraduate and graduate levels in various modalities, supported by teaching experience, student evaluations, and documentation. Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to teach digital marketing and related analytical courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels in various modalities, supported by syllabi, teaching evaluations, references, and other documentation. Demonstrated research productivity, with publications in high-quality refereed journals, conference presentations, or equivalent contributions. At least 2 semesters or 2 courses of university-level teaching experience before, during, or after doctoral program. Conditions of Employment

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $150,000-$170,000. The finalist’s salary will be set based on factors including internal equity, experience, education, and training. The salary range represents the University’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation.
