Role Description:

Huitt-Zollars has a great full-time opportunity for a

Project Support - Quality Support with 5 to 9 years' experience

at our

Denver office . The Project Support - Quality Support will assist the Quality Director in ensuring that the company's services meet the highest quality standard. This role will involve assisting in the development, implementation and maintenance of quality management systems (QMS), conducting audits, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This person will work out of the Denver office and provide administrative support to the office staff as needed.

Responsibilities

Help to implement, communicate and maintain a plan to bring the company\'s quality systems and policies into compliance with QMS requirements

Documenting quality assurance compliance objectives and targets

Assist with updating HZ Quality Policies, Procedures and Work Instructions

Assistance in maintaining controls and documentation procedures

Monitor company performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports

Support internal audits as well as wellness checks, produce reports and distribute, update specific audit plans, wellness checks, 90-day office initiatives checkup, etc.

Understands, follows, and enforces Huitt-Zollars\' business process.

Productively collaborates with others and leads or encourages teams to achieve success and camaraderie amongst each other.

Understands and follows HZ QMS and Quality initiatives. Ensures quality control measures are being adhered to on projects and daily operations.

Understands duties and responsibilities, possesses necessary job knowledge and technical skills, maintains job knowledge current.

Assist with appropriate administrative and project support tasks supporting the needs of the project team and office.

Complete assignments on-time, within budget, and with highest level of quality.

Routinely proposes and produces more effective ways to accomplish assignments.

Qualifications

Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s Degree

5-9 years\' experience

Demonstrated experience working with contracts

Demonstrated exceptional written and oral communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Attention to detail

Demonstrates a passion and a responsibility for client satisfaction

Desire to own decisions and take responsibility for outcomes

Willingness to travel when required

Willingness to continually embrace personal and professional development

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times

The employee must be able to concentrate on details, work under deadline pressures, apply sound logic and judgment, and prioritize tasks and responsibilities

Applicants must be legally authorized to work for Huitt-Zollars in the U.S. without employer sponsorship. Currently, Huitt-Zollars does not sponsor H1-B or any other work visa petitions.

Annual Base Salary Range: $58,000-$66,000 and up depending on experience and qualifications of the selected candidate(s). The expected salary range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation is based on the success candidate\'s individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary and consideration to participate in our discretionary annual bonus incentive program.
