Integrate and manage third-party tools and internal APIs to enhance the functionality and scalability of our systems and workflows; support the team in troubleshooting and resolving issues. Translate stakeholder requirements into both high-level project plans and detailed technical solutions; serve as the principal liaison between technical teams and business partners. Provide technical support for automated processes and integrated systems, escalating and addressing complex troubleshooting efforts. Contribute hands-on to coding, code review, and test case writing, while setting standards for documentation and quality assurance across the team. Actively participate and lead in Agile development ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives), driving team performance and continuous improvement through practices using Jira. Oversee support ticket management and resolution leveraging Zendesk, ensuring excellence in service delivery and prompt issue resolution. What You Have

Strong foundation in Agile methodologies, with experience driving team ceremonies and project execution in Jira. Operational proficiency in Zendesk or similar ticketing systems. Solid understanding of Google Sheets/Excel and Google App Scripts. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and creative skills—tackling both technical and personnel challenges. Outstanding communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities; comfortable working with diverse internal groups and external partners. A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to generate puns on-the-fly to keep morale high. Preferred

The national cash compensation range for this role is $115,000 - $180,000. This range may vary based on prior experience, expertise, and region. Final offers consider multiple factors and do not include additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or health/dental/vision insurance). Please have fun with the Cover Letter portion of the application. It does not need to follow traditional guidelines—write 150-500 words explaining why you are interested in ezCater and the role, and highlighting anything else you think we should know. ezCater does not sponsor applicants for work visas or legal permanent residence.
