ECS . Responsibilities
Support GEOINT Exploitation Services and specialized GEOINT production efforts; deliver GEOINT Production Services including advanced visualization and GEOINT design storytelling to enable enhancement of services. Provide solutions and sustained support that promote mission excellence through applied modernized analytic techniques, data sciences, modeling, and automation to optimize service performance and innovation in support of traditional and innovative intelligence products and capabilities. Work with both traditional and non-traditional data sources (classified and unclassified) and contribute to development and execution of US foreign policy through analytic processes. Optimize existing databases to speed up query, input, export, and visualization of data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the DoD and Intelligence communities to expose new datasets and create migration plans for legacy datasets. Develop and deploy tools and processes to automate or assist analytic endeavors across multidisciplinary units and intelligence customers. Prepare, document, and publish advanced techniques and methods for dissemination through applicable tradecraft hubs. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills
US Citizen. Minimum clearance to interview: TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph. Bachelors Degree or 5+ years of GEOINT experience (combination of experience & certifications/trainings may be used). Proficiency in Python and other object-oriented programming languages at a mid-level. Experience with Python libraries including Pandas and Geopandas. Advanced experience using Python to automate complex workflows and integrate with cloud services. Experience with relational databases and web development tools, including API integration. Extensive experience in database administration and cloud-based data management. Deep knowledge of GEOINT products, data formats, and satellite imagery systems. Experience developing and implementing process improvements. Experience using AI/ML for feature extraction, data enrichment, and predictive analytics. Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills with diverse stakeholders. Experience maintaining, moving, and manipulating data between applications using software and/or ELT procedures (e.g., Excel, Access, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) to import and clean data. Experience maintaining relational database performance, integrity, and security through normalization, indexing, and access controls. Experience with programming and GIS tools (HTML5/JavaScript, ArcObjects, Python, Model Builder, Oracle, SQL, GIScience, Geospatial Analysis, ArcGIS Desktop/Server). Desired Skills
