Spanish-speaking sales consultants are a plus! Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Master Product Knowledge: Continuously build expertise in vehicle features, packages, and emerging technologies—becoming the go-to authority on both new and pre-owned inventory. Cultivate Lifelong Client Relationships: Engage customers with authenticity and care, fostering trust and loyalty that extends well beyond the initial sale. Lead with a Consultative Approach: Apply active listening and insightful questioning to guide customers toward the right vehicle—tailored to their needs, lifestyle, and preferences. Resolve with Confidence: Address customer concerns promptly and professionally using CRM tools, phone, text, and email—delivering thoughtful solutions within reasonable timeframes. Deliver Impactful Vehicle Presentations: Conduct engaging, high-quality demonstrations that highlight value, performance, and innovation. Drive Referral Success: Follow up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and generate ongoing referral business through exceptional service. Thrive in Sales Conversations: Learn to navigate objections with poise and turn challenges into opportunities for growth and connection. Inspire Team Performance: Support and motivate peers to achieve sales goals—contributing to a collaborative, high-achieving culture. Report with Purpose: Communicate regularly with Senior Management on goals, activities, and performance insights to drive continuous improvement. You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Reliable and presentable in business attire representing Empire Mazda in a professional manner. Must have an excellent attendance record and a commitment to being on time. You understand the importance of listening and being empathetic while leading. You have strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You have experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction. You have friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude. You are open to constructive feedback to improve your performance and development. Flexible with work scheduling and availability to work weekends and holidays. You have strong computer and multi-tasking skills, which includes Microsoft Office. You will operate a clean, organized, presentable workplace with a strong attention to details. You have shown stability in the job industry growing in each position you worked.
