Empire Automotive Group is hiring for an Automotive Service Advisor Audi at Audi Brooklyn. Base pay range is $65,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities
Oversees service orders and flow of Service Lane Ensures customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service Owns the customer experience by completing assignments that leave a positive impression Provides concierge support for all owner inquiries, in person or by phone Ensures technicians' time is efficiently allocated to service customers Distributes work between technicians Answers technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs Maintains Customer Success Index at or above company standards Assists in diagnosing vehicle problems, orders parts and tools as necessary Oversees administration of warranty claims and training/supervision of the service department Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations Maintains good working relationships with factory(s) and fosters positive employee relations Qualifications
Available to work flexible hours and weekends Reliable, self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit Willingness to learn product ins and outs; eager to improve Professional, well-groomed appearance Clean driving record and valid driver’s license Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Strong listening and empathetic abilities Strong work ethic in a fast-paced, results-driven environment At least one year of prior customer-facing service or telephone experience Team-oriented, friendly, enthusiastic, reliable attitude Open to constructive feedback and development Strong computer and multitasking skills Benefits
