Base pay range $182,500.00/yr - $205,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Defend employers in employment litigation and class action matters
Handle cases involving discrimination, wrongful termination, restrictive covenants, and wage and hour disputes
Draft discovery, pleadings, dispositive motions, and agency position statements
Advise clients on workplace policies and day-to-day legal issues
Work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
Qualifications
4–6 years of employment litigation and class action experience
Strong writing and analytical skills
Excellent academic credentials
Admission to the Washington Bar
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
Empathy, initiative, and a commitment to client service
