An AM Law 200 firm is actively seeking either a Litigation Associate

or

an Employment Litigation Associate to join its Seattle office. These roles offer the opportunity to work on complex litigation or employment matters for a diverse client base. $182,500.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities

Litigation Associate (3-5 years of experience)

Represent clients in commercial litigation matters across state and federal courts. Manage all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions. Collaborate with partners and clients on case strategy and execution.

Employment Litigation Associate (4-6 years of experience)

Defend employers in single-plaintiff and class action employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour claims. Handle class action and PAGA matters from inception through resolution. Draft workplace policies and conduct employee trainings. Provide day-to-day employment law counseling to corporate clients.

Key Qualifications

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials. Admission to the Washington State Bar. 3-6 years of relevant litigation or employment litigation experience, depending on role. Strong writing, communication, and research skills. Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple matters. Competitive salary ranging from $182,500 to $205,000 annually. Annual discretionary bonus.
