We are looking for a
Supply Chain (SCM) Implementation Senior Consultant (Healthcare)
to join our consulting team. The role requires extensive Workday experience in Healthcare SCM, with responsibility for successful implementation and configuration to meet business requirements, including understanding financial touch points to the General Ledger, Projects, and Assets. A strong background in Finance is a plus. Responsibilities include acting as a domain specialist across the complete supply chain life cycle including Procurement, Inventory, Accounts Payable, Strategic Sourcing, and Contract Management. Responsibilities
Lead design sessions and configure systems to meet customer requirements on concurrent projects. Configure inventory valuation methods (FIFO, Standard, Average Cost) and related financial transactions. Manage replenishment including Reorder Points, Min/Max, Lean Replenishment (Kanban), and Par Replenishment. Oversee end-to-end Procure to Pay processes including 1099 and other taxable reporting requirements. Implement technologies including EDI (850, 855, 856, 810) and Punchout. Manage Warehouse Management processes including Cycle Counts, Put Away, and Picking; experience with Lot and Serial Tracking. Travel up to 50% as required. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a functional consultant implementing SaaS applications (e.g., Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Lawson, McKesson, Meditech) in the healthcare sector, with a proven record from discovery to go-live. 5+ years experience with Supply Chain SaaS applications. 5+ years of functional experience in Spend Management for medium to large healthcare enterprise customers. Other Qualifications:
Ability to lead design sessions and configure systems to meet customer requirements on concurrent projects. Understanding of inventory valuation methods (FIFO, Standard, Average Cost) and basic financial transactions. Understanding of Replenishment techniques (Reorder Points, Min/Max, Lean Kanban, Par Replenishment). End-to-end Procure to Pay process understanding including 1099 and other taxable reporting requirements. Experience implementing technologies including EDI and Punchout. Knowledge of Warehouse Management including Cycle Counts, Put Away, and Picking; Lot and Serial Tracking. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; ability to travel up to 50%. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to tailor communication to diverse audiences. Strong industry knowledge and ability to contribute to strategic planning, risk management, and identifying opportunities. Proven mentorship skills and ability to foster growth through feedback and goal setting. Comprehensive product knowledge and strong relationship management skills. Proven ability to gather and analyze requirements and design solutions that optimize resources. Strong solutions design skills and strategic business consulting capabilities. The annual base salary ranges are listed below and vary by location. This role may be eligible for a bonus plan, commission, and stock grants. Compensation offers consider geography, experience, skills, duties, and business need. Primary Location: USA.NY.Home Office. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $116,900 - $175,400.
