We are looking for a Supply Chain (SCM) Implementation Senior Consultant (Healthcare) to join our consulting team. This individual will possess extensive Workday experience within the Healthcare vertical in all aspects of Supply Chain Management. As a Senior Functional Consultant, this role will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday\'s product solutions. They will provide their implementation expertise to our clients while understanding how to best configure and test Workday solutions to meet their business requirements. Additionally, the candidate will have an understanding of financial touch points to the General Ledger, Projects and Assets. A proven background in Finance is a plus. Act as domain specialist of the complete supply chain life cycle including, Procurement, Inventory, Accounts Payable, Strategic Sourcing and Contract Management. Responsibilities
Lead design sessions and configure systems to meet customer requirements on concurrent projects. Configure and test Workday solutions to meet business requirements across Supply Chain domains. Provide expertise across Procurement, Inventory, Accounts Payable, Strategic Sourcing, and Contract Management. Understand end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes including 1099 and other taxable reporting requirements. Support integration and implementation of technologies including EDI (850, 855, 856, 810) and Punchout. Apply knowledge of Warehouse Management (Cycle Counts, Put Away, Picking) and Lot/Serial Tracking. Collaborate with clients and teams to ensure successful go-lives and adoption. Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a functional consultant implementing SaaS applications (e.g., Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Lawson, McKesson, Meditech) in the healthcare sector, with a proven record of leading projects from discovery through go-live. 5+ years of experience with Supply Chain SaaS applications. 5+ years of functional experience in Spend Management for medium to large healthcare enterprise customers. Ability to lead design sessions and configure systems to meet customer requirements on concurrent projects. Understanding of inventory valuation methods (FIFO, Standard, Average Cost) and basic financial transactions. Understanding of Replenishment (Reorder Points, Min/Max, Lean Replenishment/Kanban, Par Replenishment). Understanding of contracts lifecycle including strategic sourcing or RFPs to contracts. Understanding end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process and related tax reporting requirements. Experience implementing technologies including EDI and Punchout. Knowledge of Warehouse Management including Cycle Counts, Put Away and Picking; Lot and Serial Tracking. Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience; ability to travel up to 50%. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to tailor communication to diverse audiences. Strong industry knowledge with awareness of trends, regulatory environments, and risk management. Proven mentorship skills and ability to foster growth through feedback and goal setting. Product knowledge and ability to analyze requirements and design solutions; strong client relationship management and teamwork skills. The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Base pay ranges vary by location. This role may be eligible for bonus plans and stock grants.
