Overview
Supply Chain (SCM) Implementation Senior Consultant (Healthcare) role at Workday. The candidate will possess extensive Workday experience within the Healthcare vertical in all aspects of Supply Chain Management and will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday's product solutions, configuring and testing to meet business requirements. Knowledge of financial touch points to the General Ledger, Projects and Assets is a plus. Responsibilities
Act as the domain specialist of the complete supply chain life cycle including Procurement, Inventory, Accounts Payable, Strategic Sourcing and Contract Management. Lead design sessions and configure systems to meet customer requirements on concurrent projects. Understand end-to-end Procure to Pay process including 1099 and other taxable reporting requirements. Experience implementing technologies including EDI (850, 855, 856, 810) and Punchout; knowledge of Warehouse Management including Cycle Counts, Put Away and Picking; and Lot and Serial Tracking. Collaborate with clients to align Workday solutions with business needs; provide implementation expertise and testing to meet requirements. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a functional consultant implementing SaaS applications (e.g., Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Lawson, McKesson, Meditech or similar) in the healthcare sector, with a proven record of leading projects from discovery through go-live. 5+ years experience with Supply Chain SaaS applications. 5+ years of functional experience in Spend Management for medium to large healthcare enterprise customers. Other Qualifications: Ability to lead design sessions and configure systems to meet customer requirements on concurrent projects; understanding of different inventory valuation methods (FIFO, Standard, Average Cost); replenishment concepts (Reorder Points, Min/Max, Lean Kanban, Par Replenishment); full life cycle of contracts management; end-to-end Procure to Pay process; experience with various technologies including EDI and Punchout; comprehensive Warehouse Management knowledge; Lot and Serial Tracking; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; ability to travel up to 50%. Soft skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication; strong industry knowledge; mentorship; product knowledge; relationship management; requirements gathering; solutions design; strategic business consulting; task management; teamwork and time management. The annualized base salary ranges are listed below and vary by location. This role may be eligible for a Workday Bonus Plan or commission/bonus, as well as stock grants. Compensation is based on geography, experience, skills, duties, and business need. Primary location: USA.NY.Home Office. Primary Base Pay Range: $116,900 - $175,400.
