The Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District is seeking a qualified individual as a
Account Technician, Senior . Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, the incumbent performs a variety of complex and technical accounting duties in the preparation, maintenance and review of a large set of accounts or a major accounting or budgetary function, assuring accuracy and conformance with established procedures; provide work direction and guidance to assigned personnel; provide various public services to students, staff and the public on a daily basis. Full-Time - Monday - Friday
Salary:
Range CL-36
$28.60 - $35.78 Hourly
$4,958 - $6,201 Monthly (based on 40 hours per week)
Initial Salary Placement:
New employees start at Step A ($28.60 per hour) or B ($30.25 per hour) on the salary schedule.

Qualifications & Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
Two years of college-level training with specialized course work in accounting or related field.
EXPERIENCE:
Increasingly responsible experience in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports including public contact experience.
