We are seeking a skilled and experienced Attorney to join our legal team in the workers’ compensation defense industry. As a Permanent Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal representation to clients in California Workers’ Comp cases. You will be working with a team of professionals who are dedicated to providing the best legal services to our clients. Salary

Base pay range: $160,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr Remote opportunity. Salary information provided by Jobot; actual pay based on skills and experience. Responsibilities

Represent clients in California Workers’ Comp cases Conduct legal research and analysis Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs Attend hearings, depositions, and trials Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients Provide legal advice and guidance to clients Manage a caseload of workers’ compensation cases Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff members Provide exceptional customer service to clients Qualifications

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Active membership in the California State Bar 3+ years of experience in workers’ compensation defense Strong litigation skills and experience in workers’ compensation litigation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Excellent customer service skills Why join us
