Senior Fund Accountant - Hybrid - Dallas, TX
Job Responsibilities
Oversee audit and tax preparation processes for multiple investment funds
Assist with capital calls, distributions, and allocation of income and expenses to investors
Track and manage detailed portfolio company financing data
Perform cash flow forecasting and cash management
Support quarterly investor reporting processes
Maintain and update investor data in third-party systems
Participate in ad hoc financial projects and client meetings as needed
Occasional local travel to client sites
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting or a similar financial services role
CPA designation is a plus
Experience in private equity, venture capital, or fund accounting strongly preferred
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Familiarity with QuickBooks and fund administration platforms is advantageous
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
