About the Role

Our well-established and highly respected boutique law firm client in Boston is seeking an experienced Estate Administration Paralegal to join their specialized team. With a history spanning over 75 years, they have built a reputation for providing exceptional counsel on complex trust, estate, and probate matters. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with attorneys in a collaborative environment to ensure the efficient and accurate administration of their clients' assets. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience to manage the full life cycle of estate and trust administration. Key Responsibilities Drafting and Preparation:

Prepare wills, trusts, and related legal documents. Research & Analysis:

Conduct in-depth research to support estate and trust administration. Client & Stakeholder Communication:

Coordinate with clients, beneficiaries, and other parties to gather essential information. Court Filings:

Prepare and file probate court documents, including petitions and inventories. Record Management:

Maintain meticulous records and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. What You'll Bring A Paralegal certificate or degree, with a focus on estate planning and administration. A

minimum of 5 years of experience

as an Estate Administration Paralegal. Proven knowledge of trust, estate, and probate law. Strong legal research, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in legal software and technologies. Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary of

$80,000 to $120,000 DOE , along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off. About Our Client & Working Conditions
