Scenius Capital is an award-winning investment and advisory firm focused exclusively on crypto. The Role
We are looking for an impactful and hungry Investment Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail oriented, and eager to grow with a firm that is scaling quickly. In this role, you will work across our liquid token and venture products with a focus on portfolio construction, data analysis, and evaluating managers and direct deals. A core part of the job will be meeting regularly with CIOs, General Partners, and Founders of leading crypto funds and companies. You’ll be expected to turn those conversations into actionable insights that guide our investment process, and to help manage relationships as they develop into active investments. Responsibilities
Track and analyze performance across our liquid token hedge fund and venture fund portfolios Meet regularly with hedge fund and venture managers, prepare diligence questions, capture insights, and summarize findings for the team Conduct due diligence on new funds and direct investment opportunities Support quarterly investor letters, LP updates, and internal memos with clear analysis and takeaways Monitor global crypto market trends and developments that may influence positioning Work with managers and service providers to ensure accurate reporting and smooth operations Contribute to special projects such as advisory work and the development of new investment products Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field At least three years of experience in investing, asset management, hedge funds, venture capital, or private equity, ideally with exposure to crypto Strong Excel skills and comfort with working through large datasets Intellectual curiosity about blockchain, tokens, and frontier markets Clear communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational ability and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion What We Offer
