Frazier & Deeter is currently seeking a Valuation Services Manager. This is a newly created role that will provide the selected individual with the opportunity to work on a variety of projects. About the Company:

Responsibilities:
Design and work with financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction, and option pricing analyses. Perform business enterprise valuations, intangible and intellectual property valuations, business unit and asset impairment valuations, and stock option valuations across various industries. Conduct valuation analysis on a range of privately-held and public entities using accepted approaches and theories. Gather data through client interactions and site visits. Prepare and present analysis results clearly and concisely. Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and publications for clients. Research clients, industries, markets, and competitors in depth. Collaborate with other practices within the firm, including tax, audit, and advisory teams. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management (with a focus on Finance), or MBA from an accredited institution. At least 5 years of experience in business valuation projects for financial reporting, tax compliance, litigation, and related areas; experience valuing intangible assets, stock options, and financial derivatives; proficiency with valuation models like DCF, Monte Carlo, PWERM, Black-Scholes. Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent analytical, comprehension, and problem-solving skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with corporate executives, lawyers, and key decision-makers. Demonstrated leadership and integrity. Ability to prioritize, manage multiple assignments, and adapt to changing environments. Experience supervising, training, and reviewing staff work. Additional Details:
