to join our client's team.
Salary/Hourly Rate Salary/Hourly Rate:
$75k- $90k Annually
Responsibilities
Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
Manage general ledger accounting, including journal entries and reconciliations.
Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for management.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
Coordinate audits and manage tax filings.
Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Collaborate with other departments to support financial initiatives.
Required Experience/Skills for the Senior Accountant
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of accounting experience.
Proficiency in NetSuite software is required.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Senior Accountant
Experience in the financial services or banking industry.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with financial modeling and analysis.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
