What You'll Do

Lead the PERSEC team by motivating and guiding members, providing consistent communication and honest feedback. Set goals, organize tasks, keep team members on track, and monitor progress. Coordinate with the Deputy Director of Industrial Security on progress, deadlines, workflows, and process updates. Oversee clearance and access processes (including SAP and SCI), classified visit processes, adverse information submission, and related activities. Train, develop, and mentor PERSEC staff nationwide; travel as appropriate to assist in training. Keep PERSEC training and documentation up-to-date; ensure compliance with roles, responsibilities, and processes. Ensure team adherence to company and government policies (e.g., 32 CFR Part 117, DoD 5205.07, NISPOM, SCI/SAP policies) and provide subject matter expertise on clearance requirements. Expertise in government databases (DISS, NBIS, JADE) and manage procedures to improve efficiency. Mentor and train other PERSEC team members; communicate processes to employees at all levels. Lead security vulnerability assessments, self-inspections, and participation in government audits; anticipate scaling needs as the company grows. Act as leading expert in Anduril Security Portal (ASP) and internal security workflow system (SIMS). Manage PERSEC team duties including: personnel clearances, background investigations, VARs, SEAD 3 reporting, adjudicative guidelines guidance, visitor management, SCI/billet programs, and PAR/SAP coordination. Coordinate with CPSOs and customer sponsors on SCI/SAP processes; manage SIMS, DISS, and visitor tracking; enforce security policies. Assist the Security Services Team as needed and perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications

Current U.S. Secret security clearance 5+ years in a PERSEC role 2+ years of managerial experience Expert knowledge of clearance/collateral, SCI, and SAP PERSEC processes Experience leading a diversely located team Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience conducting briefings/debriefings and communicating security processes clearly Experience with DoD 32 CFR Part 117 and NISPOM Expert knowledge of DoD clearance processes and databases (DISS, eQIP, SF86, NBIS) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Professional written and verbal communication across organization levels Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment; reliable attendance; in-person office Ability to manage multiple demands and prioritize workloads High School Diploma Desired Qualifications

Experience with SIMS security software Experience with Airtable Background investigator or adjudicator experience Salary & Benefits

US Salary Range: $114,000 – $171,000 USD The salary range is based on compensation factors; actual offers may vary.
