We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong research, writing, and advocacy skills, with the ability to manage cases from inception through resolution under the supervision of senior attorneys. Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, discovery, contracts, and other legal documents. Assist in case preparation, including investigation, depositions, and trial preparation. Attend court appearances, hearings, mediations, and client meetings as required. Analyze case law, statutes, regulations, and legal precedents to provide recommendations. Maintain effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues. Manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Support partners and senior attorneys with complex legal matters. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed and in good standing with the [State] Bar. 1–5 years of experience in [practice area, e.g., litigation, insurance defense, commercial law, etc.]. Excellent legal research and writing skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal and client-service skills. Location and employment type
