Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to develop effective case strategies. Manage case files and maintain accurate records of case progress and documentation. Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as required. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. 1-3 years of experience in construction defect litigation or related areas. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
