Travel is project dependent (up to 25% as applicable). What You Will Do

Managing Consultants are responsible for managing projects from cultivation to completion. In this role, you will: Manage the activities of the designated project team and support day-to-day client relationship management. Develop and manage work plans, staffing, deadlines, and budgets; manage multiple projects simultaneously. Produce high-quality, client-ready work products and lead team meetings. Coach Consultants and Senior Consultants; provide feedback on project participation and career development. Collaborate with Directors and Managing Directors to report progress and important developments. Participate in sales initiatives and Practice development. Travel to client sites across the US as needed (approximately up to 20%–25%). What You Will Need

BA/BS degree in Science, Engineering, Healthcare, Business, or related field. 5–7 years of Life Sciences consulting experience (Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Specialty Pharma, and/or Medical Technology). Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MBA) may be considered in lieu of years of experience. Minimum 3+ years of strategy, commercialization, and launch experience. Substantive experience in oncology commercialization/strategy. High-level understanding of therapies/treatment modalities for solid tumors. Ability to work independently with limited oversight; experience managing full projects across multiple workstreams and teams; mentoring others. Strong analytical skills (Excel, Access) and the ability to use data to guide decisions. Advanced data collection, research, and problem-solving capabilities; ability to produce client-ready deliverables (PowerPoint, etc.). Excellent written and oral communication; meticulous attention to detail; minimal re-work needed. Authorized to work for any US employer without sponsorship. What Would Be Nice To Have

Advanced degree preferred (PhD, PharmD, MBA, MS). Excellent written and oral communication; collaborative team player. Strong client-management experience with ability to expand client relationships and identify cross-business opportunities. What We Offer
