Responsibilities: Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, overseeing designated project teams. Maintain strong client relationships by effectively managing their needs and expectations. Develop comprehensive work plans, ensuring staffing, deadlines, and budgets are met across multiple projects. Conduct and lead team meetings, providing guidance and constructive feedback to junior consultants. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to communicate project statuses and significant developments. Participate in business development initiatives and support practice growth. Qualifications: BA/BS degree in Science, Engineering, Healthcare, Business, or a related field. 5-7 years of consulting experience in Life Sciences (Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Specialty Pharma, and/or Medical Technology), with an advanced degree considered as a substitute for experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy, commercialization, and product launch, particularly in oncology. Deep understanding of treatment modalities for solid tumor types. Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and lead multiple project streams. Proficient analytical skills using tools like Excel and Access for data-driven decision-making. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating client-ready deliverables. Detail-oriented approach with the ability to produce high-quality work with minimal revisions. Willingness to travel to client sites across the US, up to 20% of the time. Authorized to work for any US employer without sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MBA, MS) is preferred. Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills. Proven experience in managing and expanding client relationships. The annual salary range for this position is $102,000.00 to $170,000.00, based on various factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications.
