Our Hotel Conveniently located 1 mi from Los Angeles International Airport, this hotel offers an outdoor pool and an on-site bar and restaurant. It offers a free 24-hour airport transfer service. Free Wi-Fi is offered in all rooms at Holiday Inn Los Angeles - LAX Airport. Each contemporary room includes a flat-screen cable TV, a work desk and a hairdryer. Serving California Cuisine and open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Landings Grill is located on-site at Los Angeles International Airport Holiday Inn. Landings Lounge offers an upscale casual atmosphere with specialty drinks, appetizer specials and a Monday through Friday Happy Hour.
Your day to day
We’re always looking for new ways to raise the bar. So we’re searching for a Sales Director with a track record of driving sales and smashing targets to help us fill our rooms, meeting suites and banquet halls.
Key Skills/Responsibilities
StrategicPlanningandManagement: Lead the strategic planning and management of sales and marketing initiatives to achieve optimal occupancy and revenue targets.
CommunicationandNegotiation: Utilize highly developed verbal and written communication skills to negotiate, influence and build relationships with clients and team members.
AnalyticalandStrategicVision: Apply strong analytical skills and strategic vision to develop and implement effective sales deployment strategies.
SalesandMarketingExpertise: Leverage professional selling skills to drive sales growth through effective opening, probing, supporting and closing techniques.
LeadershipandTeamManagement: Provide leadership and motivation to a diverse team, overseeing Human Resource functions within the division to ensure a cohesive and effective workforce.
FinancialAcumen: Manage budgets and financial data with precision, ensuring financial goals are met and resources are allocated effectively.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Extensive experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
