Our Houston office is seeking a

Litigation Associate

with

3–5+ years of experience

to join our dynamic team. This role places a

special emphasis on complex commercial litigation , offering hands-on involvement from

case inception through trial , including discovery, motion practice, mediation, and courtroom proceedings. We are looking for a highly motivated attorney with a proven track record in litigation, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while taking on significant responsibility. Key Responsibilities

Handle cases from start to finish, including discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial Lead evidentiary hearings, Temporary Injunction, and Temporary Restraining Order hearings Take the lead in depositions of fact and expert witnesses Act as lead counsel in mediations and court appearances Represent clients in both State and Federal courts Requirements

Active member in good standing with the

Texas State Bar 3-5+ years of litigation experience

with a regional, national, or highly regarded local firm Proven success in complex commercial litigation 3+ years of trial experience

with courtroom leadership Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills High degree of maturity, strong interpersonal skills, and eagerness to grow What We Offer
