Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Hunter to join our team in Houston, TX. This individual will be responsible for opening new books of business and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. Opening new books of business Building strong relationships with key decision-makers The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years of sales experience, a strong background in IT staffing and consulting, and a passion for closing high-value deals. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and acquire new clients to expand Ktek Resourcing’s customer base. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed a $6M annual revenue target. Build and nurture C-level relationships (CIOs, CTOs, HR leaders, Procurement teams). Present Ktek Resourcing’s IT staffing and consulting solutions effectively to prospective clients. Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution. Negotiate contracts and pricing to close profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. Attend networking events, industry conferences, and professional meetups to generate leads and build business relationships. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 10 years of sales experience in IT staffing, consulting, or technology solutions. Proven track record of opening new accounts and generating multi-million-dollar revenue. Strong knowledge of IT staffing, technology services, and workforce solutions. Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, or related field). Relevant certifications (e.g., sales, IT, or business development) are a plus. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, drive results, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Existing client relationships in the Houston, TX market are a strong advantage. Seniority level:
