$85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Our client, a premium focused cannabis cultivation and manufacturing company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team. The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to their operations leaders, providing guidance and support on human resources matters, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness in manufacturing and production line work environments. This is a highly visible, hands-on role responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions. This role requires someone who is comfortable being embedded in the operation, approachable to all employees, and capable of operating tactically in a production environment. This is a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in HR at a growing manufacturing organization while working closely with a collaborative, high-performing corporate leadership team. You’ll be empowered to shape the employee experience on the ground and build scalable processes. Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations & Manager Support: Serve as a knowledgeable resource on HR policies, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. Compliance & Policy Administration: Ensure site compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and support adherence to safety regulations. Talent Acquisition and Management: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for local roles and coordinate with the corporate HR team to ensure job postings are created and maintained accurately. HR Operations & Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and track employee leaves of absence, accommodations, and workers’ compensation cases. Education, Experience, & Other Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive HR experience or in a similar HRBP role. 2+ years in a manufacturing, distribution, or facility-based environment. Demonstrated ability to operate independently as the sole HR resource in a fast-paced environment. Strong working knowledge of federal and Colorado employment law, HR compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
